Locked
Experiencing mental health struggles alone can feel excruciating, isolating and even unbearable. This can make it challenging for us to share our stories, especially with those who are closest to us. Although this is not meant to be curative, I am hoping that by sharing our stories anonymously we can lessen the burden in some way and feel less alone. Locked is an exploration of how the post COVID-19 lockdown has impacted our mental health on a personal level, globally.
I hope this turns out to be a therapeutic exercise for you. We’re all in this together.
Much love and appreciation for you and your courage,
xx
